The redeemable rewards page is where members exchange their points for rewards. Members browse available rewards in your program widgets and redeem them using the points they’ve earned. You define which rewards are available and how many points each costs. All reward types except points can be added as redeemable rewards. Navigate to Rewards program -> Redeemable rewards to manage your redeemable rewards.

Create a redeemable reward

  1. Navigate to Rewards program -> Redeemable rewards
  2. Click New reward
  3. Select a reward type
  4. Configure the settings (see below)
  5. Click Save changes
  6. Click Set live when ready

General

Basic information about the reward that members see when browsing redeemable rewards.

Reward

Configure what members receive when they redeem. Settings vary by reward type. See Available rewards for details.

Redemption limitations

Both are optional. Leave unchecked for unlimited.

Participants

Control who can see and redeem this reward.

Date

Control when the reward is available for redemption.

Statuses

Each reward has a status that determines whether members can see and redeem it.

PausedTemporarily unavailable. Members cannot redeem, but the reward remains visible to your team
DraftNot yet launched. Configure settings before going live
EndedNo longer available. Kept for reporting purposes
To change a reward’s status, open the reward and click More in the top right. From there you can pause or end the reward. You can also delete a reward if no redemptions have happened yet.
Ended rewards cannot be reactivated. To offer the same reward again, create a new one.

View redemptions

Click on any reward to see redemption details and track performance. The overview shows key metrics:

Below the metrics, you’ll find a list of all redemptions showing the member name, fulfillment status, and redemption date. Use the search to find specific members.
