Platform uploads allow you to manually add content directly to Cevoid, whether it’s brand-created content or customer/influencer content you’ve received outside the platform. This gives you complete control over bringing any content into your workspace and assigning it to the correct profiles. Navigate to UGC -> Library or UGC -> Inbox to upload content.

Upload content to Library or Inbox

Uploaded posts use your workspace name as the creator. This information is displayed in all UGC widgets. You can reassign the post to a profile at any time to give credit to them instead.
  • Posts uploaded to the Library become visible in your UGC widgets immediately.
  • Posts uploaded to the Inbox need to be approved before appearing in your Library and UGC widgets.
  1. Navigate to UGC -> Library or UGC -> Inbox
  2. Drag and drop your content into the view, or click Upload in the upper right corner

Add caption to an uploaded post

  1. Open the post
  2. Click the edit icon
  3. Write the caption
  4. Click Save

Assign an uploaded post to a profile

  1. Open the post
  2. Click on your brand’s name
  3. Search for and select the profile you want to assign it to

Upload UGC directly to a profile when you’ve received content outside of Cevoid but want to use it in the platform.
  1. Navigate to Profiles
  2. Select the individual’s profile
  3. Drag and drop the content, or click Upload in the upper right corner and select the files
