Platform uploads
Upload content directly to Cevoid to showcase alongside your UGC.
Platform uploads let you manually add content directly to Cevoid, whether it's brand-created content or content from customers or influencers that you've received outside Cevoid. Use platform uploads to bring any content into your workspace and assign it to the correct profiles.
Navigate to UGC → Library or UGC → Inbox to upload content.

Upload content to Library or Inbox
Posts uploaded to the Library or Inbox use your workspace name as the creator. The creator name is displayed in all UGC widgets. You can reassign the post to a profile at any time to credit that profile instead.
- Posts uploaded to the Library are approved at once and show in your UGC widgets
- Posts uploaded to the Inbox need to be approved before appearing in your Library and UGC widgets
- Navigate to UGC → Library or UGC → Inbox
- Drag and drop your content into the view, or click Upload in the upper right corner

Upload posts to a profile
Upload UGC directly to a profile when you've received content outside Cevoid but want to use it in your workspace. Posts uploaded to a profile are approved at once and credited to that profile.
- Navigate to Profiles
- Open the creator's profile
- Drag and drop the content onto the profile's UGC tab, or click Upload in the upper right corner and select the files
A profile on the waiting list can't receive uploads.
