Reports
Find, create, save, and manage reports, and use the default reports Cevoid provides in every workspace.
A report measures one thing in your workspace, such as post clicks by widget or members by tier. Every workspace starts with Cevoid's default reports, and your team can create its own.
Navigate to Analytics → Reports to see all reports.
The reports list
The list shows every report in your workspace, default and custom together, sorted by name.
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The report's name. Hover it to see the report's description |
| Setup | Setup required when the report needs tracking or data your workspace doesn't have yet, or Partially setup when only some stores or markets have it. Click the badge to see what's missing |
| Category | The group of the report's first metric, such as Posts or Instagram UGC |
| Module | UGC, Loyalty, or Profiles |
| Last viewed | When anyone in your workspace last opened the report |
| Created by | Cevoid for default reports, your workspace's name for custom reports |
To find a report, search by name, or filter by Created by, Category, or Module. Click a report to open it.
Setup guide opens Report requirements, where you set up what reports need.
Default reports
Every workspace has the same 86 default reports, ready to use. They all show the last 90 days.
| Module | Group | Reports | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| UGC | Posts | 33 | Total Posts by date, Post Performance by Widget, Top 24 Performing Posts, Post interaction funnel |
| UGC | Widgets | 4 | Widget Performance, Widget Performance by Display Solution |
| UGC | Sales | 18 | Impression Conversions over time, Top 24 Product Tag Conversions, and three average order value reports, one per conversion type |
| UGC | Upload forms | 3 | Customer Uploads, Customer uploads funnel |
| Loyalty | Membership & tiers | 5 | Total members, Members by tier, Membership movements |
| Loyalty | Activities | 5 | Total submissions, Participation rate by activity, Activity funnel |
| Loyalty | Points shop | 5 | Total redemptions, Redeemer rate by reward, Reward funnel |
| Loyalty | Rewards | 4 | Total rewards, Discount code usage rate |
| Loyalty | Points | 4 | Points balance, Net points, Pending points |
| Profiles | Profiles | 5 | Total profiles, Profiles by segment, Profile movements |
The UGC sales reports measure orders linked to your content: see Attribution. For store-wide sales, such as Gross sales or Customer lifetime value, create your own report. Activity funnel and Reward funnel are line charts of each step, not funnel charts.
Default reports appear in every workspace, including the loyalty program reports when you don't use the Loyalty program module. A report without data shows "Not enough data".
Change a default report
You can't edit, rename, or delete a default report, but you can explore it freely: change its metrics, breakdowns, date range, or anything else in the report builder. To keep your changes, save them as a new report.
- Open the default report and make your changes
- Click Save as new
- Enter a name for your report. It starts as the default report's name with "(copy)".
- Click Save report
Leaving a default report without saving discards your changes, with no warning.
Create a report
- Navigate to Analytics → Reports
- Click Create report
- Choose metrics, breakdowns, filters, and a visualization in the report builder
- Click Save report
- Enter a name. It starts as the chart's title, such as "Post clicks by Widget".
- Click Save report. The report opens, and it's in the reports list for everyone in your workspace.
Save changes to a report
When you change a report, the toolbar shows Modified report and the save buttons:
| Report | Buttons |
|---|---|
| New report | Save report |
| Custom report | Reset, Save as new, Save |
| Default report | Reset, Save as new |
- Save: saves your changes to the report
- Save as new: saves your changes as a new report, named "(copy)", and leaves the original as it was
- Reset: discards your changes and goes back to the saved report
Every part of a report counts as a change: metrics and their order, breakdowns, filters, visualization, sorting, top items, date range, comparison, and currency. Leaving a new or custom report with unsaved changes asks you to confirm: click Leave without saving or Stay on page.
Manage reports
Open the menu next to a report in the list, or click More on the report page.
| Option | Custom reports | Default reports | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rename | Yes | No | Changes the report's name |
| Duplicate | Yes | Yes | Creates a copy of the saved report, named "(copy)", and opens it. Unsaved changes aren't copied: use Save as new for those |
| Add to dashboard | Yes | Yes | Adds the report to one of your custom dashboards. See Dashboards |
| Delete | Yes | No | Deletes the report permanently, and removes it from every dashboard |
To export a report's data, see Export reports.
Who can see and change reports
Reports belong to your workspace, not to a person. Everyone on your team can see every report, and create, change, rename, duplicate, and delete custom reports. Default reports are read-only for everyone.
Analytics isn't limited by plan or module: every workspace sees every metric and default report.
