Loyalty program

The Loyalty program module rewards customers for purchases and for actions between purchases, such as sharing content, completing surveys, and participating in campaigns. You can create tiers with exclusive perks, purchase incentives that reward spending, and activities that collect customer data. The loyalty program needs an active Loyalty plan.

Your loyalty program is localized automatically using Markets: widgets display in each customer's language, reward amounts show in each market's currency, and legal policies adapt to each market. Orders in other currencies are converted to your workspace currency before points are calculated.
How members engage with your program
Members interact with your loyalty program through program widgets on your website. Program widgets display members' points balance, let them redeem rewards and complete activities, and more. To add them to your site, see Embed program widgets.
The Loyalty landing page shows your program at a glance: your member counts, your live activities, purchase incentives, redeemable rewards, and tiers. Under Things to do, it lists what needs your attention: members in the waitlist, rewards that failed or wait to be fulfilled, and rewards running low on uploaded codes.
