Your Instagram feed contains valuable brand content that can drive conversions when repurposed on your website and other channels. Cevoid automatically syncs posts from your brand’s Instagram feed, allowing you to create shoppable Instagram feed galleries and use your feed content alongside user-generated content. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Instagram to manage Instagram feed sync settings.

How Instagram feed sync works

Once you connect your Instagram account(s), Cevoid automatically syncs posts from your brand’s Instagram feed and adds them to your Inbox. This includes single images, videos, carousel posts, and Reels. Sync frequency: Cevoid checks for new Instagram feed posts every few hours and automatically imports them. Where posts appear: All synced Instagram feed posts appear in your Inbox for review and enhancement.
Carousel posts from Instagram are divided into separate posts once moved to your Inbox, allowing you to use each image and video individually.

Enable auto-approval

Automatically approve your Instagram feed posts so they move directly to your Library without manual review.
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Instagram
  2. Select one of your connected Instagram accounts
  3. Find the Auto-approval section
  4. Toggle on Auto-approve Instagram feed posts
  5. Click Save

Import historical feed posts

Bring in existing Instagram content to expand your initial content library.
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Instagram
  2. Select one of your connected Instagram accounts
  3. Click Import in the Want to import more posts from your feed? section
  4. Select the date range you want to import from
  5. Click Import
