Sync posts from your brand's Instagram feed to create shoppable galleries and show brand content alongside UGC.

Cevoid automatically syncs posts from your brand's Instagram feed, so you can repurpose your brand content on your website and other channels. Use the synced posts to create shoppable Instagram feed galleries and show your feed content alongside UGC.

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Instagram⁠ to manage Instagram feed sync settings.

How Instagram feed sync works

Once you connect an Instagram account, Cevoid automatically syncs posts from your brand's Instagram feed and adds them to your Inbox⁠. This includes single images, videos, carousel posts, and Reels.

Sync frequency: Cevoid checks for new Instagram feed posts about once an hour and automatically imports them. The first sync after you connect imports the posts from the last 3 months. To sync now, open the account under Settings → Integrations → Instagram⁠ and click the reload icon (Sync posts) next to Last sync.

What's skipped: Videos longer than 10 minutes, and videos Instagram doesn't share.

Product tags: Products you tagged on a post through Instagram Shopping become the post's product tags in Cevoid, when a product in your catalog has the same title.

Feed gallery: Connecting an account creates the Instagram feed gallery, which shows your approved feed posts on your website. See Galleries.

Where posts appear: All synced Instagram feed posts appear in your Inbox⁠ for review and enhancement.

Tip:

Carousel posts from Instagram are divided into separate posts once moved to your Inbox, so you can use each image and video individually.

Enable auto-approval

Auto-approval moves your Instagram feed posts directly to your Library without manual review.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Instagram⁠
  2. Select one of your connected Instagram accounts
  3. Enable Auto-approve posts in the Settings panel
  4. Click Save changes

Auto-approval applies to posts synced after you enable it.

Import historical feed posts

Import existing posts from your Instagram feed to expand your initial content library.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Instagram⁠
  2. Select one of your connected Instagram accounts
  3. Click Import in the Want to import more posts from your feed? section
  4. Select the date you want to import posts from in Import Instagram post history
  5. Click Import
