Analytics

Measure how your UGC, loyalty program, profiles, and sales perform, with one report builder and your own dashboards.

Cevoid analytics shows how your content, loyalty program, and customers perform, and which orders they lead to. Every module except Reviews shares one analytics area: one report builder, one set of dashboards, and the same metrics, so you can put UGC, loyalty program, and sales numbers side by side. Review numbers are on Reviews → Overview.

This guide introduces how analytics works and where to start.

How analytics works

Analytics follows three steps: Cevoid collects the data, reports turn it into numbers, and dashboards bring the reports you check often together.

  1. Cevoid collects the data. Your widgets record what visitors do with them: viewing and clicking posts, opening activities, redeeming rewards. Orders come from your connected store and from sales tracking on your checkout. Your posts, profiles, and loyalty program data are already in Cevoid.
  2. Reports turn it into numbers. A report measures one or more metrics, such as Post impressions or Orders, split by breakdowns, such as widget or market, and narrowed by filters, over a date range.
  3. Dashboards bring reports together. Put the reports you follow side by side, under one date range, and pin the dashboard to your sidebar.

Analytics is in the main sidebar. It opens your first favorite dashboard, or the reports list if you have none.

Set up tracking

Most numbers work as soon as your widgets are live. Some need tracking on your store first: session tracking to count unique visitors and link orders to content, and sales tracking to see which orders your content leads to. Reports show what's missing, with the steps to fix it.

Explore and build reports

Every workspace starts with 86 default reports and the UGC Overview dashboard, favorited for everyone on your team. Open a default report, change anything you like, and save it as your own report.

  • Reports

Find, create, and manage reports, and use the default reports.

  • Report builder

Choose metrics, breakdowns, filters, and a visualization.

  • Funnel reports

See how many visitors move from one step to the next.

Share and reuse

Combine reports on dashboards, download a report's data, or ask an AI assistant about your numbers.

  • Dashboards

Combine reports on one page, and pin your favorites to the sidebar.

  • Export reports

Download a report's data as a CSV file.

  • MCP server

Ask Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant about your analytics.

What you can measure

Each area of your work has its own article, with its metrics, the breakdowns and filters for them, the setup they need, and the default reports to start from.

  • UGC analytics

Posts, post performance, widgets, orders from your content, Instagram, upload forms, and creators.

  • Loyalty program analytics

Members, tiers, activities, points, the points shop, rewards, and sales from members.

  • Profile analytics

Profiles, how they grow and engage, and the customers behind your orders.

  • Sales analytics

Orders, revenue, and customers across your whole store.

How the numbers work

A few things explain most questions about the numbers: an order counts for every post a visitor touched before buying, days are counted in UTC, and each metric's data starts on its own date.

Analytics elsewhere in Cevoid

  • Profiles and posts: each profile and each post has an Analytics tab with its own numbers. See Profiles and Posts.
  • Loyalty program pages: the program overview, activities, rewards, and tiers pages show their key numbers at a glance, separate from reports
  • Reviews: Reviews → Overview shows the average rating, the number of reviews, and the rating distribution for your product reviews and company reviews. Analytics reports and dashboards don't include reviews. See Product and company reviews.

Everyone on your team can use analytics, and every workspace sees every metric, whichever modules it uses.
