Purchase incentives reward members with points based on their purchases. Set up points per amount spent and apply tier multipliers to give higher-tier members bonus points. Purchases made in other currencies are automatically converted using the exchange rate at the time of the order.
Navigate to Rewards program -> Purchase incentives to manage your purchase incentives.
Your Purchases settings apply across tier milestones and all purchase incentives. Go there to configure which parts of an order are included in points calculations, when orders are processed, and more.
Incentive types
Click New incentive to create a purchase incentive. Two types are available:

Points per amount spent
Reward members with points based on how much they spend.

Reward
Set how many points are awarded per unit of your workspace’s default currency. The setting label reflects your currency (e.g., “Points earned per USD” or “Points earned per SEK”).
This section includes a table that shows how the reward applies across your markets based on today’s exchange rates, and how points will be displayed to members in each market. The localized title and points value are shown to members in your program widgets based on their market.
The table shows today’s exchange rates for preview purposes. Actual points are calculated using the exchange rate at the time of each purchase.

The multiplier value on a live purchase incentive can be updated without creating a new one.
Overview tab
The Overview tab displays key metrics and all your purchase incentives.
The summary section shows: Orders, Points rewarded, Participants, Orders per member, and Active purchase incentives.
The table lists all your purchase incentives with their status, type, start date, and end date. Use the tabs to filter by All, Live, Drafts, Paused, or Ended.

Click More on a purchase incentive to access additional actions:

Purchases tab
The Purchases tab shows all orders that have been rewarded through your purchase incentives.
