Purchase incentives
Your Purchases settings apply across tier milestones and all purchase incentives. Go there to configure which parts of an order are included in points calculations, when orders are processed, and more.
Incentive types
Click New incentive to create a purchase incentive. Two types are available:Points per amount spent
Reward members with points based on how much they spend.General
These settings determine how the purchase incentive is presented in program widgets.Reward
Set how many points are awarded per unit of your workspace’s default currency. The setting label reflects your currency (e.g., “Points earned per USD” or “Points earned per SEK”). This section includes a table that shows how the reward applies across your markets based on today’s exchange rates, and how points will be displayed to members in each market. The localized title and points value are shown to members in your program widgets based on their market.The table shows today’s exchange rates for preview purposes. Actual points are calculated using the exchange rate at the time of each purchase.
Dates
Only one purchase incentive of this type can be live at a time. If there is a date conflict, the platform will alert you and show which purchase incentives conflict. End the existing one or set an end date on it to resolve the conflict.
Tier multiplier
Multiply the points members earn from purchases based on their tier.General

The multiplier is applied based on the member’s tier at the time the order is placed.
Dates
Only one tier multiplier can be active per tier at a time. If there is a date conflict with an existing multiplier for the same tier, the platform will alert you and show which purchase incentives conflict.
Overview tab
The Overview tab displays key metrics and all your purchase incentives. The summary section shows: Orders, Points rewarded, Participants, Orders per member, and Active purchase incentives. The table lists all your purchase incentives with their status, type, start date, and end date. Use the tabs to filter by All, Live, Drafts, Paused, or Ended.Managing purchase incentives
Click More on a purchase incentive to access additional actions:Purchases tab
The Purchases tab shows all orders that have been rewarded through your purchase incentives.
Click on an order to view the detailed breakdown of how points were calculated.
Order details
Clicking an order shows the full calculation of points awarded.Summary
Shows the purchase amount, multiplier applied, and total points awarded.Detailed breakdown
Click Show detailed breakdown to see how each component was calculated:
Which components are included or excluded from points calculations is configured in Purchases.
Click Open order to view the order in your ecommerce system.
