Points are the currency of your rewards program. Members earn points through purchase incentives and activities, then redeem them for rewards. Customize how points are named and displayed to match your brand. Navigate to Settings -> Rewards program -> Points to configure points branding.

Custom points name

Instead of “points,” name your currency something that fits your brand. For example:
  • Coins
  • Stars
  • Gems
  • Petals (for a flower brand)
  • Miles (for a travel brand)
  • Beans (for a coffee brand)
Set both the singular form (e.g., “coin”) and plural form (e.g., “coins”) to ensure correct grammar throughout your program.

Change your points name

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Rewards program -> Points
  2. Under Points branding, enter your custom name in the Singular and Plural fields
  3. Click Save changes
Your points name is automatically translated for each of your markets. To disable translation for a branded currency, go to Settings -> Translations.

Upload a custom icon that displays next to points amounts in your program widgets. This adds visual branding and makes points feel more tangible. Recommended dimensions: 256×256 px

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Rewards program -> Points
  2. Click on the icon under Custom points icon
  3. Upload your image
  4. Click Save changes
