Activities are how members engage with your rewards program beyond making purchases. They let you reward members for actions like following your social accounts, sharing content, providing feedback, or participating in campaigns. Navigate to Rewards program -> Activities to manage your activities.

Activity types

There are two types of activities: single-task activities and challenges. Single-task activities are always available to members (unless paused or ended). Challenges can run for a set period with start and end dates.

Available tasks

Both activity types use tasks as building blocks. Tasks define what members need to do, from answering questions to uploading content to following social accounts. Some tasks work with both activity types, while others are specific to challenges or single-task activities. See Available tasks for the complete list.

Activities page

The Activities page gives you an overview of all your activities and their performance.

Metrics

At the top of the page, summary metrics are displayed:

Activity list

The table shows all your activities with key information: Use the tabs to filter by status: All, Live, Paused, Drafts, or Ended. Search by name or apply additional filters to narrow results.

Viewing submissions

Click any activity to see its submissions. Click a submission to view the details provided by the member.

Creating activities

Click New activity in the top right corner to create a new activity. Choose between a single-task activity or a challenge, then configure the tasks and rewards.
