Meta requirements to enable the integration

Before you start this guide, please secure the following:
  1. That your Instagram is a business account.
    Please read this guide from Meta for instructions
  2. That your Instagram account is connected to a Meta Business page.
    Please read this guide from Meta for instructions
  3. Your personal Facebook account has admin rights for the Meta Business page.

How to activate the Instagram integration

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Instagram
  2. Click Connect Instagram
  3. A Facebook pop-up is now opened
    1. Click Connect Instagram using Facebook
    2. Log in with your Facebook credentials
      Click Edit previous settings if you are already logged in
    3. It’s time to select what pages you want to connect, you have the following options:
      1. Opt in to all current and future Pages (recommended)
      2. Opt in to current Pages Only (allows you to handpick specific pages)
    4. Click Continue
    5. It’s time to select what Meta Businesses to connect, you have the following options:
      1. Opt in to all current and future Businesses (recommended)
      2. Opt in to current Businesses Only (allows you to handpick specific Businesses)
    6. Click Continue
    7. It’s time to select what Instagram accounts to connect, you have the following options:
      1. Opt in to all current and future Instagram accounts (recommended)
      2. Opt in to current Instagram accounts Only (allows you to handpick specific Instagram accounts)
    8. Click Continue
    9. Click Save to approve the integration accesses
    10. Click Got it
  4. In Cevoid, select all accounts you want to connect to your workspace
  5. Click Connect accounts

Connect additional Instagram accounts

You can connect multiple Instagram accounts to the same workspace. This allows brands utilizing multiple accounts to capture and reuse all of their Instagram posts in the same place. Follow these steps to add additional Instagram accounts:
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Instagram _
  2. Click Connect Instagram
  3. A Facebook pop-up is now opened
    1. Click Connect Instagram using Facebook
    2. Log in with your Facebook credentials
      Click Edit previous settings if you are already logged in
    3. It’s time to select what pages you want to connect, you have the following options:
      1. Opt in to all current and future Pages (recommended)
      2. Opt in to current Pages Only (allows you to handpick specific pages)
    4. Click Continue
    5. It’s time to select what Meta Businesses to connect, you have the following options:
      1. Opt in to all current and future Businesses (recommended)
      2. Opt in to current Businesses Only (allows you to handpick specific Businesses)
    6. Click Continue
    7. It’s time to select what Instagram accounts to connect, you have the following options:
      1. Opt in to all current and future Instagram accounts (recommended)
      2. Opt in to current Instagram accounts Only (allows you to handpick specific Instagram accounts)
    8. Click Continue
    9. Click Save to approve the integration accesses
    10. Click Got it
  4. In Cevoid, select all accounts you want to connect to your workspace
  5. Click Connect accounts
