Points
Points are the foundation of most rewards programs. When members earn points, they’re added to their balance and can be redeemed for rewards in the redeemable rewards. Use points to incentivize purchases, activities, and engagement. Members accumulate points over time and redeem them for discounts, free products, or other rewards you configure. How point amounts work depends on where the reward is used:- Activities and Tiers: Fixed amount (e.g., 100 points for completing an activity or reaching a tier)
- Purchase incentives: Dynamic amount based on purchase value (e.g., 1 point per dollar spent)
Discount code - Amount or percentage off
Discount codes reward members with savings on their next purchase. You can offer either a fixed amount off (e.g., $10 off) or a percentage off (e.g., 10% off). These work well as entry rewards for tiers, activity completions, or as redeemable rewards. When a member earns this reward, they receive a unique discount code to apply at checkout. You control the expiration, usage limits, minimum purchase requirements, and whether it can be combined with other discounts.- Shopify

Discount code - Free shipping
Free shipping is a strong incentive for members considering a purchase. When a member earns this reward, they receive a discount code for free shipping at checkout. Free product
Free product rewards let you give members a specific product from your catalog at no cost. This is a high-value reward that works well for top-tier members, major milestones, or as a premium option in the redeemable rewards. When a member earns this reward, they receive a discount code worth the full value of the product. They apply the code at checkout to get the product for free. The discount is set to the product’s fixed price rather than 100% off. This prevents members from applying the code to a more expensive variant of the same product.
