Log in to Cevoid
Log in at app.cevoid.com/login. Cevoid offers passwordless authentication:- Email - Enter your email and receive a temporary login code
- Google - Sign in with your Google account
- SSO - Sign in through your company’s identity provider (Enterprise)
Switch workspaces
If you have access to multiple workspaces, switch between them without logging out:- Click your workspace logo in the upper left corner
- Hover on Switch workspace
- Select the workspace you want to access
Team management
Navigate to Settings -> Team to manage your team.Invite users
- Navigate to Settings -> Team
- Click Invite people
- Enter email addresses (comma-separated for multiple)
- Select a role
- Click Send invites
Change a user’s role
- Navigate to Settings -> Team
- Click the menu icon next to the user
- Click Edit user settings
- Select a new role under Permissions
- Click Save changes
Remove a user
- Navigate to Settings -> Team
- Click the menu icon next to the user
- Click Remove user
- Confirm by clicking Remove user

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Add an extra layer of security with MFA using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.Enable MFA for your account
- Navigate to Settings -> Account
- Click Enable MFA
- Follow the setup steps in your authenticator app
Enforce MFA for your team
Admins can require all team members to use MFA.- Enable MFA for your own account first
- Navigate to Settings -> Security & access
- Toggle on Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Click Save changes
MFA is workspace-specific. You’ll complete the MFA process each time you access a workspace where it’s enforced.
