Cevoid is built for collaboration. Invite your team, assign roles, and configure security settings to match your organization’s requirements. There’s no limit to the number of team members you can have in a workspace.

Log in to Cevoid

Log in at app.cevoid.com/login. Cevoid offers passwordless authentication:
  • Email - Enter your email and receive a temporary login code
  • Google - Sign in with your Google account
  • SSO - Sign in through your company’s identity provider (Enterprise)

Switch workspaces

If you have access to multiple workspaces, switch between them without logging out:
  1. Click your workspace logo in the upper left corner
  2. Hover on Switch workspace
  3. Select the workspace you want to access

Team management

Navigate to Settings -> Team to manage your team.

Invite users

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Team
  2. Click Invite people
  3. Enter email addresses (comma-separated for multiple)
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send invites
Invited users receive an email invitation valid for 14 days.

Change a user’s role

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Team
  2. Click the menu icon next to the user
  3. Click Edit user settings
  4. Select a new role under Permissions
  5. Click Save changes

Remove a user

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Team
  2. Click the menu icon next to the user
  3. Click Remove user
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove user

Each user is assigned a role that determines what actions they can perform.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Add an extra layer of security with MFA using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.

Enable MFA for your account

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Account
  2. Click Enable MFA
  3. Follow the setup steps in your authenticator app

Enforce MFA for your team

Admins can require all team members to use MFA.
  1. Enable MFA for your own account first
  2. Navigate to Settings -> Security & access
  3. Toggle on Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  4. Click Save changes
Once enabled, all users are prompted to set up MFA on their next login.
MFA is workspace-specific. You’ll complete the MFA process each time you access a workspace where it’s enforced.

Single sign-on (SSO)

Cevoid supports SAML 2.0 SSO with over 30 identity providers, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and OneLogin.
SSO is available as part of our Enterprise offering. Contact the Cevoid team to activate SSO for your workspace.
