Connecting Cevoid and Voyado

You don’t need to create a connection to Voyado to create UGC email widgets for Voyado. However, it is a required step before you can distribute Voyado points and sync profile data and events to Voyado.
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Voyado
  2. Click Enable
  3. Enter your Voyado API credentials (API key + client name)
  4. Click Connect

UGC email widgets for Voyado

Cevoid’s Voyado integration enables you to create email widgets for Voyado.
This enables you to showcase selected UGC posts in your newsletter and create dynamic UGC widgets for your email campaigns. voyado-email-widget.png

You will need to reach out to your customer success manager at Voyado to enable their email module for UGC email widgets from Cevoid
The UGC email widgets for Voyado will always be a single row of four posts. You can decide what should happen when an email reader clicks one of the posts, and you can include the following information with each post:
  • Username (the creator of the post)
  • Product name (the name of the first product tagged in the post)
  • Product price (the price of the first product tagged in the post)
The following email widgets are available with Voyado integration:

Instagram feed widgetContains the latest approved posts from your Instagram feed, and the content will be updated automatically
Dynamic widgetContains posts from the content sources (e.g., Labels) and will be updated automatically once new posts are available for the content source(s). You are also able to handpick posts from your library (static content)

How to add an email widget to a Voyado email

  1. Navigate to UGC -> Email widgets
  2. Select the email widget you have created
  3. Click Embed widget
  4. Copy the email widget ID
  5. Navigate to Voyado
    1. Open the email you want to add the email widget to
    2. Add the Cevoid module
    3. Paste the email widget ID
    4. Enter the country code (e.g., SE/NO/DK)
      1. This is used to fetch the localized product name and price
    5. Click Save

Send profile events to Voyado

You need to activate what events you want to share before they’re made available in Voyado.
Events are sent to Voyado as contact interactions and allow you to build flows and trigger specific emails. Each event also includes relevant data that can be used in the email. For example, the Cevoid: Reward Fulfilled event includes a list of reward details.

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Voyado
  2. Navigate to the Interactions section
  3. Toggle on the events you want to send to Voyado
  4. Click Save Changes

Send test event to Voyado

Sending a test event will trigger that event on a test profile and make the event available in Voyado
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Voyado
  2. Navigate to the Interactions section
  3. Click the icon
  4. Click Send and verify event

Sync profile data to a contact in Voyado

You need to activate what you want profile data to share before it’s made available in Voyado.

Profile data collected or updated after you activate the fields will be synced automatically to Voyado
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Voyado
  2. Navigate to the Profile data section
  3. Toggle on the profile data fields you want to keep synced to Voyado
  4. Click Save Changes

Sync profile data from historical profiles

This is recommended when:
  • You already have profiles in Cevoid before activating the Voyado integration and profile sync.
  • Activate new profile data fields for the Voyado integration.
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Voyado
  2. Navigate to the Profile data section
  3. Click Sync all profiles
    1. Optional: Toggle on Sync specific segments and limit the sync to profiles that belong to specific standard segments
  4. Click Sync profiles

Send test data to Voyado

Sending test data will create a fake profile and add all activated profile data fields to that member, which allows you to preview it on the fake profile in Voyado
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Voyado
  2. Navigate to the Profile data section
  3. Click the icon
  4. Click Create test profile

Use Voyado points as your points system in Cevoid

Cevoid has evolved the rewards program space from classical loyalty programs, where rewards are only given for purchases, to a more engagement-focused program. You can combine Cevoid’s program module with your existing Voyado loyalty program by using Cevoid’s solution as an engagement and widget layer on top of your existing Voyado program.

This setup allows you to use Cevoid program widgets and distribute points from your Voyado program as rewards in your Challenges and Loyalty activities.
Once a points reward is fulfilled in Cevoid, we will send this information to Voyado through the API and let their system give the member that amount of points
Follow these steps to use Voyado points instead of Cevoid’s point system
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Program
  2. Locate the Points section
  3. Change to Voyado under the Points provider setting
  4. Click Save changes
