Single-task activities let members complete one action and earn a reward. Use them for ongoing engagement opportunities like collecting profile data, rewarding social follows, or incentivizing content uploads. Navigate to Rewards program -> Activities to manage your single-task activities.

Create a single-task activity

  1. Navigate to Rewards program -> Activities
  2. Click New activity
  3. Select Single-task
  4. Select the task type you want to use
  5. Configure the activity settings
  6. Click Save changes
  7. Click Set live when ready to launch

Activity settings

Configure the following sections when creating or editing a single-task activity.

General

Basic information about the activity displayed to members.

DescriptionA short description shown to members (max 150 characters)
Custom iconUpload a custom icon for the activity (256×256 px recommended)

Task specific settings

Each task type has its own settings. See Available tasks for details on each task.

How many times can a member complete this activity?

This setting is available for tasks that can be repeated, such as Upload content.

Unlimited timesMembers can complete the activity as many times as they want

Participants

Control who can see and participate in this activity.

Rewards

Select the rewards members receive after completing the activity. Click Add reward to add multiple rewards. See Available rewards for available reward types and how to create them.

Control when the activity is available.

Manage a single-task activity

View submissions

  1. Navigate to Rewards program -> Activities
  2. Click on the activity name
The activity overview shows key metrics and all submissions. Click on a submission to view its details.

Edit an activity

  1. Navigate to the activity overview
  2. Click Edit or click More and select Edit
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save changes

Click More on the activity overview to access additional actions:

Filter activities

To show only single-task activities:
  1. Navigate to Rewards program -> Activities
  2. Click + Filter
  3. Select Type
  4. Select Single-task
