Collected profile data can be used to build Segments in Cevoid, but it can also be shared to your Ecommerce and CRM platform. This allows you to personalize your storefronts and communication and build segments outside of Cevoid based on information collected through Cevoid. Profile events can be used to build and trigger communication in your CRM platform.

Data sharing is currently possible with the following Integrations:
- Profile data and event sharing to the CRM solution
- Profile data sharing Ecommerce platform
Data sharing when multiple CRM accounts or Ecommerce stores are connected
Some merchants utilize separate ecommerce stores and multiple CRM accounts; in these cases, Cevoid will ensure that data and events are synced to the correct store and account based on what market each profile is connected to.
How data and events are shared and synced to your ecommerce store(s) and CRM account(s) based on your setup:
Your setup | Sharing from Cevoid |
---|
One ecommerce store | All profiles are synced to the same store |
Separate ecommerce stores | Profiles are synced to the store that matches the market they are connected to |
One CRM account | All profiles are synced to the same CRM account |
Multiple CRM accounts | Profiles are synced to the CRM account that matches the market they are connected to |
What market a profile is connected to
This section is only relevant if you utilize a multi CRM account OR a separate ecommerce store setup
The first time a profile opts in or takes an action in one of your Program widgets or places an order that is tracked through Cevoid, we will check what market this happened on, and then associate their profile with that Market. Their profile data and events will then be shared with the CRM account and the ecommerce store that is related to that market.
Change what market a profile is connected to
