As the number of profiles in your workspace increases, staying organized becomes more critical; this is where segments come in. Segments can be used to keep track of different parts of your brand community, and certain parts of your rewards program can be limited to specific segments.
Your segments will appear as tabs in the Profiles overview
Segments are dynamic, meaning that profiles are added and removed from a segment automatically based on whether they match the segment’s filter criteria or not. Cevoid provides the following three pre-defined Segments, which are closely related to our different modules:
  • Content creators - All profiles that have at least one post connected to them
  • Program members - All profiles that have opted into your rewards program
  • Customers - All profiles that have at least one order logged by Cevoid
