tier.evaluation-approaching
Sent when a loyalty member's tier evaluation reminder becomes due, with the member's profile and their progress toward the next tier.
When it fires
- When the reminder before a tier evaluation becomes due for a member.
- Cevoid checks the reminder again when it sends the delivery: if the member is no longer an active member, the evaluation date or type changed, the member's tier changed or the date has passed, nothing is sent.
data.tier_evaluation.progressis the member's progress toward the next tier, read when the delivery is sent.
Receive it
Pick tier.evaluation-approaching in a webhook destination's events, or tick All events. See Create a destination.
To filter it or wait before sending, send it from a Flow on the Tier evaluation approaching trigger instead. See Send from a Flow.
