The review endpoints and rich snippets need Reviews in your workspace's plan. Without it, they return 403.
Browsers and CDNs can cache successful post and rich snippet responses; review responses are never cached. All Storefront endpoints share one rate limit per publishable key. See Caching and Rate limits for the durations, limits and headers.
