Sent when your team posts or edits a reply to a product review, with the review, the reviewer's profile and their loyalty standing.
Flow onlyOnly a Flow sends this event. A destination cannot subscribe to it.
Use it to keep a copy of your replies next to the review in another system.
When it fires
- When a reply to a product review is posted or edited, public or private.
- The body does not say which reply changed, or whether it was posted or edited.
data.product_review.responseslists the public replies; private replies are never included.
Receive it
Only a Flow sends this event: it cannot be picked on a destination. Send it from a Flow on the Product review replied trigger. See Send from a Flow.
