# Notifications

> Choose which emails Cevoid sends you as a team member, such as the weekly summary, approved requests, scheduled posts, and reviews.

Notifications are the emails Cevoid sends to your team, such as a weekly summary, an approved Instagram request, or a new review. Each team member chooses their own, so turning one on or off changes only your emails.

Navigate to [Settings → Notifications](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/account/notifications) to choose your notifications.

## How notifications work

The _Notifications_ page lists the emails you can choose, in three sections: _General_, _Content_, and _Reviews_. Each has a switch, and Cevoid saves a change as soon as you make it.

- **Per workspace:** Your choices apply to the workspace you're in. If you belong to several workspaces, you choose in each one. See [Switch workspaces](https://docs.cevoid.com/workspace/workspace-settings.md#switch-workspaces).
- **Your role:** Admins and users choose from the same notifications. Only _Sending domain stopped verifying_ goes to admins alone. See [Roles](https://docs.cevoid.com/workspace/team.md#roles).
- **The whole workspace or your own posts:** Most notifications are about the whole workspace, so every team member who has one on gets the same email, such as for each approved request or each new review. _Scheduled post is published_ and _Scheduled post failed to publish_ go only to the team member who scheduled the post.
- **New team members:** Team members get notifications once they've joined the workspace, with the defaults in [Available notifications](https://docs.cevoid.com/workspace/notifications#available-notifications)
- **Back to the page:** Review and setup emails end with **Manage notification preferences**, which opens the _Notifications_ page

## Available notifications

Every notification on the _Notifications_ page, by section, with its default.

### General

The _General_ section holds Cevoid's own emails to you, and the weekly summary.

| _System status updates_ | Emails about anything important that happens to the platform or your workspace | Always on |
| _Privacy and legal updates_ | Emails about important updates to Cevoid's privacy policy or terms of service | Always on |
| _Newsletter_ | Cevoid's newsletter, with news and insights from the industry | On |
| _Weekly summary_ | Every Tuesday, a summary of your UGC over the past 7 days, such as new posts, requests sent, post views, and UGC-attributed orders | On |

_System status updates_ and _Privacy and legal updates_ can't be turned off. Unsubscribing through the link in a newsletter email turns _Newsletter_ off in every workspace you belong to.

### Content

The _Content_ section holds the UGC and social scheduling emails.

### Reviews

The _Reviews_ section holds four emails about reviews that need attention, and two about your setup. Three of them let you set your own threshold. What each review email contains, and when it comes, is in [Review notifications](https://docs.cevoid.com/reviews/manage/review-notifications.md).

| _Pending review auto-publish reminder_ | Pending reviews are about to publish on their own | Off | **1 day before** to **13 days before**, default **3 days before** |
| _Reported review_ | Shoppers report a published review as many times as your threshold | Off | 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 reports or more, default **5 reports or more** |
| _Script unavailable_ | Cevoid no longer finds the Cevoid script on a storefront where it found it before | On | None |
| _Sending domain stopped verifying_ | Your sending domain stops verifying, so your emails are on hold (admins only) | On | None |

## Turn a notification on or off

Your notifications apply to you only, in the workspace you're in. Other team members keep their own choices.

1. Navigate to [Settings → Notifications](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/account/notifications)
2. Enable or disable the notification. Cevoid saves the change right away, and _User settings updated_ shows.
3. Optional: Select your threshold in the dropdown under _Negative review_, _Pending review auto-publish reminder_, or _Reported review_. The dropdown shows while the notification is on.

## Unsubscribe from all emails

**Unsubscribe from all emails** turns off every notification you can turn off, in the workspace you're in. _System status updates_ and _Privacy and legal updates_ stay on.

1. Navigate to [Settings → Notifications](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/account/notifications)
2. Enable **Unsubscribe from all emails** at the bottom of the page. **Confirm unsubscribe** appears.
3. Click **Confirm unsubscribe**. The notifications' switches turn off.

To get a notification back, enable it again.

## Other emails your team gets

Some emails to your team aren't on the _Notifications_ page. You can't turn them off there, and **Unsubscribe from all emails** doesn't stop them.
