# Review notifications

> What the review emails to your team contain and when they come: new reviews, low-rated reviews, reviews about to auto-publish, and reported reviews.

Review notifications are emails Cevoid sends to your team about reviews that need attention: _New review_, _Negative review_, _Pending review auto-publish reminder_, and _Reported review_. Each team member chooses their own, so turning one on or off changes only your emails.

Navigate to [Settings → Notifications](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/account/notifications) to choose your review notifications. Each one's default and threshold, and the steps to turn it on or off, are in [Notifications](https://docs.cevoid.com/workspace/notifications.md#reviews).

## New review and Negative review

The _New review_ and _Negative review_ emails tell you about a review as soon as Cevoid has analyzed it, whether it was published or held for your team.

- **Which reviews:** Reviews customers write through a review request, the review form on your store, or a link to the form. Imported and converted reviews don't send them.
- **When:** Once per review, after Cevoid's first analysis, within 24 hours of the review coming in
- **One email each:** A review that qualifies for both sends you only _Negative review_
- **What's in it:** The rating, the title and text, the reviewer's name, the product for a product review, the sentiment Cevoid detected, and _Cevoid recommends replying to this review\._ when Reviews AI suggests a reply
- **The button:** **View review** opens the review in Cevoid

The subject names the rating and your workspace, starting with _New 4-star review for_ or _2-star review needs attention in_.

## Pending review auto-publish reminder

The _Pending review auto-publish reminder_ warns you before held reviews publish on their own, 14 days after they were held. See [The 14-day auto-publish](https://docs.cevoid.com/reviews/manage/moderation.md#the-14-day-auto-publish).

- **When:** Every day at 08:00, Stockholm time, when pending reviews auto-publish within your lead time, such as **3 days before**
- **What's in it:** One email for product reviews and company reviews together, with how many publish on each day, such as _tomorrow_
- **Once per review:** Each review is in one reminder, not one every day
- **The button:** **Review pending reviews** opens [Reviews → Overview](https://app.cevoid.com/reviews)

The subject says how many reviews publish soon, such as _3 pending reviews will publish soon_.

## Reported review

The _Reported review_ email tells you when shoppers keep reporting a published review. See [Reported reviews](https://docs.cevoid.com/reviews/manage/moderation.md#reported-reviews).

- **When:** The review's report count reaches your threshold, such as **5 reports or more**
- **Once per review:** You get one email per review, even as more reports come in. If you turn the notification on after a review passed your threshold, the email comes with its next report.
- **What's in it:** The review, how many times it was reported, and the reasons shoppers gave. A report doesn't change the review: it stays published until your team acts on it.
- **The button:** **Review the reports** opens the review in Cevoid

The subject names your workspace and how many reports the review has.

## Who gets review notifications

Every active team member who has a review notification on gets it, with their own threshold. There's no workspace-wide setting and no shared address: each person chooses for themselves.

Cevoid doesn't email your team when a review is held, published, or rejected.
