# Products

> See the products Cevoid syncs from your store or feeds, with their reviews, UGC, and markets, and open one for its variants, reviews, and posts.

The Products page lists the products Cevoid syncs from your store or product feeds, one row per product, with each product's reviews, rating, UGC, and markets. Open a product to see its details and variants, its reviews, and the posts it's tagged in.

Navigate to [Products](https://app.cevoid.com/products) to see your products.

## How products get into Cevoid

Cevoid syncs your products from the catalog of each market in [Settings → Products and markets](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/products-and-markets). Products can't be added or edited in Cevoid: change them in your store or feed, and the change shows in Cevoid after the next sync.

A product sold in several markets is one product in Cevoid, with each market under _Markets_. With several separate Shopify stores, the _Global product identifier_ links the same product across your stores: see [Connect an additional store](https://docs.cevoid.com/integrations/ecommerce/shopify.md#connect-an-additional-store).

### When products sync

- **First sync:** A new market's products sync once you start its first sync in Settings → Products and markets. See [Sync a new market](https://docs.cevoid.com/localization/products-markets.md#sync-a-new-market).
- **Automatic syncs:** After its first sync, Cevoid syncs each store and feed about once a day. Each sync picks up new products and changes to existing ones.
- **Deleted products:** Once a week, Cevoid checks your Shopify and WooCommerce stores for deleted products. A product that's no longer in any market stays in Products with no markets, and its reviews no longer show on your store. - **Manual syncs:** To sync before the next automatic sync, use **Sync products** in Settings → Products and markets. See [Sync products manually](https://docs.cevoid.com/localization/products-markets.md#sync-products-manually).

_Last synced_, in the upper right corner of Products, shows when your default market's products last synced. While Cevoid syncs your products, _Syncing products_ shows the progress next to it, and _Indexing products_ shows while Cevoid makes them searchable after the sync. **Markets**, beside it, opens Settings → Products and markets.

### Brands, collections, and categories

Each product's brand, collections, and categories sync from your store or product feed with the rest of the product. The _Collection_, _Category_, and _Brand_ [filters](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/products#search-and-filters) use them, and so do [review blocklist](https://docs.cevoid.com/reviews/manage/review-blocklist.md) entries and the _Product brand_, _Product collection_, and _Product category_ breakdowns in [analytics](https://docs.cevoid.com/analytics/setup/report-requirements.md).

On Shopify, you set the vendor, product type, and collections in the _Product organization_ section of the product: see Shopify's [product details page](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/details/product-details-page). Cevoid reads the product type, not the product's category in Shopify. A product type with `>`, such as `Clothing > Men`, becomes nested categories. ## The products list

The products list in [Products](https://app.cevoid.com/products) has one row per product, newest first. Click a column header to sort by it, or click a row to open the product.

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| _Product_ | The product's image and name |
| _ID_ | The product's ID from your store or feed. When your _Global product identifier_ is **sku** or **barcode**, the column is named _SKU_ or _BARCODE_ |
| _Reviews_ | How many published reviews the product has |
| _Rating_ | The product's average rating |
| _UGC_ | How many approved posts are tagged with the product or its variants |
| _Markets_ | The markets the product is in. With several, hover over the flags to see them all. Empty when the product is in no market |
| _Status_ | _Active_, or _Draft_ when the product isn't published on your storefront. Products from product feeds have no status |
| _Availability_ | _In stock_ or _Out of stock_ |
| _Created at_ | When the product was added to Cevoid |

A _Review blocklisted_ badge marks a product on your [review blocklist](https://docs.cevoid.com/reviews/manage/review-blocklist.md). When the product has its own blocklist entry, hover over the badge to see whether its existing reviews are hidden. **...** at the end of a row holds the same actions as the product's **More** menu: see [Product actions](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/products#product-actions). Until your first sync finishes, the list reads _No catalog products yet_.

### Search and filters

The search field above the products list finds products whose name or ID contains what you enter. To narrow the list, use the filters above it, or click **Filter** for the ones that aren't shown there. **Clear** removes every filter.

| _Availability_ | That are **In stock** or **Out of stock** |
| _Reviews_ | By _Reviews count_ or _Reviews rating_, compared with a number you enter, such as products rated 3 or lower |

_Collection_ and _Category_ need collections or categories in your catalog, and _Brand_ needs more than one brand: see [Brands, collections, and categories](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/products#brands-collections-and-categories).

## A product's page

A product's page in [Products](https://app.cevoid.com/products) shows the product's details, its variants, and its reviews and posts. Next to the product's image, under its name and status, the page shows:

- The product's SKU when it has one, its markets, and _In stock_ or _Out of stock_
- Its category and collections
- When it was added to Cevoid (_Created_) and when it last synced (_Synced_)

In the upper right corner, **View on storefront** opens the product's page on your store, when the product is on your storefront, and **More** holds the product's actions: see [Product actions](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/products#product-actions). **Products**, in the upper left corner, takes you back to the list.

A product's page also opens from a review's _Product_ row, in [the review sidebar](https://docs.cevoid.com/reviews/manage/review-details.md#the-review-sidebar), and from the product named in a review entry on a profile's **Activity** tab. Both open it on its **Reviews** tab.

The **Reviews** and **UGC** tabs below the details show the product's content, each with a count:

| Tab | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| **Reviews** | The product's reviews across all its variants and markets, with its rating, review question answers, the photos and videos in its reviews, and its AI summary. The count is the number of published reviews, and _Blocklisted_ shows when the product is on your review blocklist. | **UGC** | The posts tagged with the product or one of its variants. The count is the number of approved posts. See [UGC on a product](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/products#ugc-on-a-product) |

A product opens on its **Reviews** tab when your plan includes Reviews, and on its **UGC** tab when your plan includes UGC but not Reviews.

## Variants

A product's variants, such as its sizes and colors, are part of the product in Cevoid. They have no rows of their own in [Products](https://app.cevoid.com/products), and the product's reviews and UGC include theirs. Variants come from your store or feed: a Shopify or WooCommerce product's variants, or, in a [product feed](https://docs.cevoid.com/integrations/ecommerce/product-feeds.md#field-mapping), the items grouped by _Item group ID_.

When a product has more than one variant, a button under the details on its page shows how many, such as **Show 3 variants**. Click it to open _Shared data_: the variants that share the product's UGC and reviews, each with its options, such as _Size: M_, and its number of reviews.

## UGC on a product

The **UGC** tab on a product's page lists the posts tagged with the product or one of its variants, grouped by status. To tag a product on a post, see [Product tags](https://docs.cevoid.com/ugc/manage/posts.md#product-tags).

1. Navigate to [Products](https://app.cevoid.com/products) and open the product
2. Click the **UGC** tab
3. Optional: Click **Filter** to filter the posts by _Labels_, _Profile_, _Source_, _Media type_, _Aspect ratio_, _Created at_, or _Posted at_
4. Click a post to open it

The search field finds posts by caption, username, or email, and **Display** groups the posts by created date instead, or not at all. To act on several posts, select them, or click **Select all**, and use the same bulk actions as the Library: see [Bulk actions](https://docs.cevoid.com/ugc/manage/library-and-inbox.md#bulk-actions).

## Product actions

Product actions are in the **More** menu at the top of a product's page, and in the **...** menu on the product's row in [Products](https://app.cevoid.com/products). They act on the product's reviews, and each action's steps are in the article that owns it.
