# WooCommerce

> Connect your WooCommerce store to sync products and orders.

The WooCommerce integration connects your store to Cevoid. It syncs your product catalog so you can tag posts with products from your WooCommerce catalog, and syncs orders so you can reward purchases in your loyalty program and ask customers for reviews.

Navigate to [Settings → Products and markets](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/products-and-markets) to connect your store.

## Connect WooCommerce

1. Navigate to [Settings → Products and markets](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/products-and-markets)
2. Click **Connect Woocommerce**
3. Enter your store's WooCommerce domain
4. Click **Connect store**
5. Click **Approve** on the WooCommerce authentication page. You're redirected back to Cevoid and the connection is complete.

To connect another WooCommerce store, click **New market** instead in step 2, then continue from step 3. Each store you connect becomes a market of its own.

> WooCommerce is selected when you create your workspace. Contact support if you need to switch from another integration.

## What syncs

| Data | Direction | Used by |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Products | WooCommerce to Cevoid, about once a day, and when you click **Sync products** | UGC: product tags on posts. Reviews: the products customers review |
| Orders | WooCommerce to Cevoid, every 5 minutes, once _Sync orders_ is on | Loyalty program: points for purchases, progress toward tier milestones, and used discount code rewards. Reviews: review requests and verified buyers. UGC: post-purchase upload requests |

Once _Sync orders_ is on in [Settings → Orders](https://app.cevoid.com/settings/orders), Cevoid checks your store for new and changed orders every 5 minutes. New workspaces start with it off. To turn on order sync, check that orders arrive, or import order history, see [Order settings](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/order-settings.md). Synced orders are listed in [Orders](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/orders.md), and synced products in [Products](https://docs.cevoid.com/orders-products/products.md).

Reviews uses WooCommerce orders to send review requests and to mark reviews as _Verified buyer_. Cevoid counts an order as fulfilled when its WooCommerce status is _Completed_, and WooCommerce orders have no delivery status. WooCommerce orders carry no marketing consent. Cevoid emails review and upload requests only to customers who agreed to marketing email: see [Who gets a review request](https://docs.cevoid.com/reviews/collect/review-requests.md#who-gets-a-review-request).

## Required permissions

The WooCommerce integration asks for read access, which WooCommerce's authentication page lists as these permissions:
